I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Richmond, London, England) in Aug 2020
Interview
Very pleasent interview experience overall. Interviews are mostly conducted by industry peers and you can gleen some insight into company culture throughout. Most interviews are heavily focused on 14 principles and STAR methodology. These are things other companies could really learn from.
The only negative aspect about the process was that the technical portion of the interview was rather conducted “by the seat of your pants”.
