Good process. No tricky questions. As long as you follow the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method to build your answer/story around, you’re good. Remember to ask for additional parameters on situational question.

I recently gave an interview for Amazon, it was conducted in 2 rounds with an initial screening call and the final loop interview divided into 4 rounds, they mostly tested me on these leadership principles- dive deep, deliver results, learn & be curious and case study questions focusing on inventory optimization and demand forecasting.

The interview process was typical of a normal interview—textbook questions, not very out of the ordinary. Leading up to the interview you do need to take an interesting exam, but as long as you use common sense you should be able to pass.
