The interview took place online and was about 45 minutes long. I had to describe situations where I dealt with difficult customers and just what stood out from the assessments. The interviewer was nice and I felt like I could be myself

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
