      Business Development Manager Interview

      10 Jan 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon in Sept 2020

      Interview

While recruiters were very informative to prepare for the interview, it seems like such a bloated process and organization. One recruiter sent information on how to prepare for my phone interview. After the phone screen, a 2nd recruiter told me the phone interview went well and that we were moving forward to the next round, and he asked several more questions in email. A 3rd recruiter emailed me to schedule the loop interview. In this email they introduced me to a 4th recruiter to schedule a prep call. A 5th recruiter emailed me to congratulate me on getting to the loop and asked for days/ times for availability and asked the same questions the 2nd recruiter asked me. This actually made the process way more confusing because 5 people were asking, calling, emailing for the same things at different times throughout the process.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      Interview

Very long, all though they prepare you before the interview process, the process is long and they provide CERO feedback. After several processes with them, the process has many faults and deficiencies.
