Directly applied on Amazon jobs website. Received call from recruiter and got email to schedule interview as per my convenient time slots.
After few days received confirmation on time slot.
It was just telephonic interview.

Recruiter shared the document on what to expect.
They grill on Amazon Leadership Principles. You have to be ready with example on each of them.
Interviewer randomly asked questions on them.
Applied, Recruiter Screen then nothing. Not sure when I'll get a call back. The process seems super complicated. Will apply again now that I know what they are looking for.
HR Screening was scheduled. Then 1 technical screening phone interview was scheduled, followed by two Behavioral interviews, followed by two System design interviews, followed by 1 bar raiser interview. Lastly there was an offer.
