First stage was a phone interview. They did not send an invitation link and called me directly. In that perspective, it looked like a little amateur way of HR recruitment process.

First round - shot phone screening
Second round - video interview, however 2 time interviewer delay/don't join without any informing or notice. Finally I have video interview however I lost any attention joined to team coze no any team spirit or professional etiquette there

2 phone interviews and then 2 face to face interviews. It was very structured, they got back with a yes / no very quickly. I did ask them for specific feedback as to why I wasn’t successful, but they didn’t end up coming back.
