Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.

It was not that long. Two piece process then you will know whether you get an offer. All of the questions revolve around their values. It is pretty striaght forward
