Overall, it was a friendly and nice experience, but the process was extremely long and there was definitely a lack of communication. Two phone screenings followed an on-site interview with five different people from the team.

Phone call followed up by another phone call, then onsite interview with behavioral questions based on Amazon principles. HR was not responsive at times, the responsibilities and qualifications were not listed correctly.

5 hour interview with 5 different people ( 1h each) in the building for Amazon located in Dublin. There was a mix of people that belong to the team interviewed, the hiring manager and another person called bar raiser.
