I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2021
Interview
There was no interview. I just had to go to the specified location to present my documents to prove my eligibility to work in Canada. Passport, Work/Student permit. They also asked me which shift I prefer (Day or Night shift). After selecting my preferred shift, they instructed me to complete necessary documentation by uploading them online to proceed to background check.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Aberdeen, MD) in May 2024
Interview
Complete process done online. I had to record my answers. Easy process. This must be new because I have never had to record answers before. Regardless, they must've added this to add an official interview process. They hire anybody because its a place where people come and go and they need help bad.
There wasn't much of a "typical" interview process. I applied to the job posting online and sent in an online application then signed up for an orientation day. That was when I learned more about the position, took a badge ID photo, and took an oral drug test. After my background check and drug test passed, I was scheduled for training days in the warehouse.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Stockton, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
No interview, direct hire on appointment where u bring required docs then they hire you on and you get sent the orientation date via email. Super easy process, usually because half the people quit after orientation or the first couple of weeks.
