The phone interview was well structured, lasted roughly around 1 hour. The interviewer made me feel comfortable in the beginning, he was asking me to introduce myself, why do I want the position etc. Then counited to ask me thoroughly about their LP's.

This was for a contract position. I was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter, then was setup with and interview quick with the AWS team, It was just 1 step, 30 minute interview with Senior Recruiter. just 1 zoom call, got the offer the following week and started 3 weeks after that.
