First had a writing assessment, followed by a 30 min phone screen with recruiter. I went in fully prepared but upon meeting with hiring manager, didn’t real feel a click nor did it feel as though they were trying to get to know me or the breadth of my experience. In all honesty, however, I don’t think the role was a fit and probably for the best!
