I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
2 written assessments, 1 set of math problems, and another set of written behavior questions. The interview includes 2 days of 2 back two back interviews. You hear back after the first day whether you made it to the second round. The interview is mostly focused on amazon leadership principles, four interviewers will focus on 1-2 different principles during the interview and ask you for detail stories.

Question 1
Amazon leadership principles
- Deal with conflict
- show your curiosity
- customer centric
- managing large projects and programs
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
