Great - stressful but more than rewarding. Everyone was so kind. Very much enjoyed all my conversations. Studied Leadership Principles, STAR format, along with background and information on AWS. Great communication from the recruiters.

Applied first directly on the site. Then there was one interview, another interview, and the final 'Loop' which is 4 (roughly an hour-long) interviews back to back. The process took around 2.5 months in total and provided little feedback throughout.

I did an exam to test my skills across leadership and other areas that aligned with Amazon's core values. Then I was contacted by a recruiter to do a phone interview which also went great!

STAR format is everything. They care a ton about data. Do research on their leadership principles. The scenario questions they ask will be centered around these principles. Also do research on AWS and the cloud service and what it offers to their clients.
