There is a simple online application followed by Verbal and numerical online test. Verbal was 19 questions in 30 minutes and numerical was 25 questions in 30 minutes. If you pass there is a phone interview, approx 45 min. If you pass you go to the uk for a face to face interview (4x45min)+ambassador (30min)

First stage phone interview is based on competency questions. Second stage in-person interview is four 45 minute sessions with a mix of competency questions and case studies. This is conducted in on day with a 45 minute break between the 2nd and 3rd interviews.
