I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Liverpool, England) in July 2021
Interview
An initial informal chat with HR which was followed up by a more in depth chat with an operational manager. After this stage was x4 45 minute interviews conducted one after the other with varying people across the business.
Very difficult process due to the amount of interview and the detail they drilled into but that is to be expected with a more senior position. They were very professional throughout and communication was excellent

Interview
For manager and above, once the recruitment team identifies a candidate, they are scheduled for interviews. Apart from a phone round, folks will typically go through 4-6 rounds of additional interview. It will help if candidates are able to structure their responses in SBI format bringing out strengths that align with Amazon leadership principles.
