Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.

They used the STAR method so I would highly recommend studying that. If you follow the star method and provide examples in regards to metrics you should be good to go.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.
