I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Process starts with a recruiter calling you, followed by a 90-minute online assessment, followed by a 1-on-1, then finally a grueling 6 hour face to face interview (online) with a 1 hour break.

Question 1
Behavioral questions focused on the Amazon Leadership Principals, some tell you up front and some do not. Focus on the STAR method for best results. The interview questions were good overall, it is emphasized to not repeat any stories, but it's hard to when you have 5 interviews asking 3 questions each.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
