I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
The process was very straightforward. I knew within 2 days after the Recruiter screen that I was moving forward to a Hiring Manager interview. Then, 2 days after the Hiring Manager interview, I was found out that I was moving forward to final interviews. Then, 5 days after the final interviews was when the Recruiter called to let me know I was going to be made an offer.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2012
Interview
Connected with an HR recruiter via LinkedIn, who invited me for a call. Standard half-hour background screen with clear instructions on next steps. She was extremely professional. Coordinator (also great) scheduled a 2nd phone interview with a potential peer. He was energetic and informative. Contacted again in a couple days by coordinator to arrange fly-in travel for onsites on a Friday. Five interviews, two with peers, one with a program manager, two with managers. Decision on Monday. This was a challenging interview with credible interviewers who tested me. Each was engaging, respectful and great.
