The interview process went smoothly. There was a heavy emphasis on the company's leadership principles, with comparatively light technical questions. I recommend writing out some talking point for each leadership principle in advance.

My interviewer asked me about a time when I took charge for the sake of improving the consumer experience, then about a time that I sacrificed short-term progress for the sake of future returns, and then about a time I helped a struggling teammate. As for the coding question, I was asked to sort some lists of product recommendations and ensure that each recommendation only appears in one list.
Was part of the women programme spring insight. Started off with an initial cv screen, then moved onto a hackerrank oa, and then we moved onto an in person workshop with an interview at the end
