It was a one off interview by the team, not the pod interview. Leadership principles, system design, operations. Was a little bit repetitive on the operations and what have you done part.

Got a Linked in Message from AWS Sourcer
Call with Sourcer and he asked me questions to check if i am good fit. He then told me he thinks i am a good fit.
He sent me email with all details
Pay special attention to every word the sourcing person gives and read the email on what to expect. I think it was very helpful
Scheduling team scheduled Initial Screen . It was around 2 leadership principles
Then message from sourcer told me i am going to next round.
Had a phone screen and then 5 Virtual Interviews
Got a rejection in 2 days time but the panel recommended i be considered for Sr Engineer Role since i did well in Leadership principles. I did not take up that opportunity. Cannot apply for 1 years due to cooling period

The recruiter approach through LinkedIn and scheduled an introductory 30 min call. After that, she scheduled a 60 min interview with Principal SDM. This process spend almost 2 weeks in total.
