Interview
Inefficient and Unplanned. Multiple times no one joined on the designated slots. There were long periods of inactivity during the interview process where I was in the dark regarding the status of my candidature. I got the offer after 2 months but by that time I had already accepted anther offer
It had 6 rounds- heavily focussed on leadership principles. they really do cross question almost every other example.......... You get multiple interviewers across the organisation. I thought- the questions were repetitive after one point.
