Four different people interviewed me and they were not trying to put pressure and were fairly friendly. They mainly asked question on competency based leadership examples in academic and professional life. It went fairly well and I managed to answer their questions with related examples.

Interviewers were friendly and try to ease you up before they give you questions. They had experience on the job so it was good to learn about what they do in their everyday work.

first online form, then HR email, then online webinar, finally 3 online interviews, in 2 hours, half an hour each. Check your internet, your headset, etc. The interviewers are different, 1 is your future superior, the other 2 are corporate. Over 1 and half month of my life wasted
