Recruiter reaches out, finds my profile on linkedin interesting for a role, make 2 preliminary calls, says the hiring manager (head division) wants to talk, I wait 6 weeks and eventually have an interview with the head who seems totally uninterested, quite obnoxious and asks closed questions irrelevant to my profile, makes me feel uneasy several times.

Very long, all though they prepare you before the interview process, the process is long and they provide CERO feedback.
After several processes with them, the process has many faults and deficiencies.
