I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon in Aug 2022
Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter over the phone for position in their black business group (BBA). After call, email with links to resources for interview preparation and Amazon culture (which I was rightfully suspicious of from the beginning).
The second interview for this position was with a sales manager who was not even in the BBA program (probably another clue that my candidacy was not taken seriously). All behavioral questions but nothing unusual. I know that I had the solid interview answers. qualifications, and experience but that doesn't guarantee anything at my age. The following day, I received a terse email informing me that I was not selected and that I shouldn't even ask why because they lack that professional courtesy.
The interview was largely centered around Amazon’s Leadership Principles, which guided almost every question throughout the session. Rather than focusing on technical skills, the interviewer dug deeply into how I think, take ownership, solve problems, and collaborate with others in ambiguous or high-pressure situations.
I had four rounds of interviews, each 45 minutes. The interviews consisted of behavioural questions. Each interviewer focused on different Amazon principles, so make sure you know those. Use the STAR method to answer the behavioural questions.

Online Assessment then 4 round loop interview. Spend a solid week preparing your STAR stories because that's the bulk of the interview. Also don't bs your stories either because they will ask follow up questions.
