Interview
It was a challenging process but very satisfactory. Amazon helps you with lots of material so you can be prepared for your interview. Also they share with you a virtual tour on their FC's so you can understand how they operate, it was very interesting.

Question 1
They asked you to share your experience by using their leadership principles so you should learn all of them and how to adapt your example to those principles. They are very honest and they took their time to really explain what they do on their positions. Please remember to use STAR method, this is the most important thing to remember, it's useful.

Interview
There were a total of 3 rounds of 45 mins each and questions were all based on leadership principles. Each interview focused on asking questions on 2 leadership principles. Bar raiser was the only one who was asking more in depth questions about the story.
The initial exam was easy and then there is an interview with the team and then with HR. Overall not bad or difficult. The qualifier exam has a lot of aptitude questions
