Behavioral questions about situation you handled in the past
Focus on Leadership principals and related questions. STAR structured answers are expected. Multiple rounds with different members of the broader team and also outside the team. Everyone was very friendly and polite in the interviews.
4 interviews, one written test. Great support from their HR team. Interviewers we’re pretty stiff, no one smiled, cannot imagine the atmosphere at work/ working with them. The last interview was with the global program manager.
