I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Fairfax, VA) in Aug 2022
Interview
It was a long interview process. Phone interview, then 3 interviews. Be sure to use the STAR method when answering questions, they really like that. Other than that it is a fairly straightforward interview process, good communication.

Question 1
When did you take a risk, make a mistake, or fail? How did you respond, and how did you grow from that experience
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
