Length, one of the most time consuming interviews. format weights more than the contents. Started with online screening test, then behavioral questions based interviews around their leadership principles. Quick response, well organized interview process.

Cinco etapas de entrevista. Precisa reservar tempo pra assistir explicação sobre o processo de entrevistas. Impessoal, pouca informacao sobre a vaga e baseado em tecnicas de comunicação. Usam sistema próprio que não funciona direito (mencionado pelo rh que costuma apresentar alguns problemas) e recrutador de mal humor.
