The recruitment process included five, 1hr long interviews and a 4hr task. They refuse to give feedback after demanding so many hours of your life. None of the interview questions relate to job experience, interviews are nearly 100% behavioural.

Question 1
Describe a time when you made an important decision without consulting your manager.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
I had a screening interview and then a first interview. Scheduling the interviews was great, very well organised, left me with a great impression. The actual interview was tougher than most, though.

Question 1
They were mostly behavioral questions, but all "negative" framed, such as asking about conflicts, not meeting deadlines, making mistakes etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in June 2021
Interview
Applied online. A recruiter reached out a few weeks later. Submitted available time frames for a phone interview. The actual interview lasted right at an hour. It started with a description of the role and team, then answered questions.
