There are 3 stages - 2 phone screenings with technical / behavioral questions, many TCP/IP questions about ports, three way handshake, flags, fields in the protocol; HTTP. General questions about networking - mostly LAN related; NAT; ACL; brief explanation of routing protocol. Windows - FSMO roles, DHCP, DNS zones and records, sysvol, GC, etc.. The onsite interview repeated many of the technical questions + design an application, past experience etc. They insist too much on the Amazon principles, no matter what the role. But for the entry roles, most of the people have not taken part in decision making, leadership, invention and innovation - this is a big nonsense and you have to make up staff because they keep on asking and asking on all the interviews. Regarding the reimbursement - the bureaucracy is huge and I've not been reimbursed, although already 3 months have passed, I've not seen any money at all. So have this in mind if you are unemployed and/or have to borrow money for plane ticket and book a hotel.
