Un premier entretien téléphonique avec la RH pour vous expliquez le poste et les inconvénients puis quelques jours plus tard 3 entretiens consécutifs par 2 area manager et une autre personne d'une trentaine de minute

- Parlez moi d'une situation où vous avez du convaincre votre manager que c'était une bonne solution
- Pouvez-vous décrire une situation où vous avez amélioré un processus au travail / mener un projet ?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
