Interview
After sending my CV, I received a questionnaire about attitudes towards work and prioritization, which was relatively simple and straightforward. Next, I got invited to two interviews. The first was related to a business case where I needed to offer strategic guidance on a promotional campaign based on the available data. The second included questions about my skills and experience, which I had to answer using the STAR method.

Fue una entrevista a través de Willo. Hay preguntas que tienes que contestar en video. Te dan 5 minutos para responder, aunque máximo puede durar 3 minutos. El resto de preguntas son escritas y es información básica sobre ti (cuando te graduas, si tienes el nivel de inglés requerido, etc.).

Tell me about a time when you had to decide in the absence of good data because there just wasn't any. Why was the situation, and how did you arrive at your decision? Did the decision turn out to be the correct one? Why or why not?
Started with an online oa on company values-> virtual interview which included both a behavioural part on company culture and a technical challenge on excel -> panel interview with two different managers
