Primera prueba técnica (python y sql) en videollamada y luego dos entrevistas personales tambien en videollamada sobre los leadership principles de Amazon y tu experiencia personal, con muchas follow-up questions después de cada respuesta.

¿Tell me about a story where you did something you weren't asked to do; how did you take the lead?
You asked to combine all your background and projects with their large scale of principles. Those principles are not spesific and they are default principles that has nothing unique about Amazon’s thoughts or ways they handle tasks in the industry.

I got a screening call with a recruiter who had emailed me about the opportunity, then 2 rounds of 30-min interview with managers from different organizations (who won't be your managers)
