Amazon Customer Support Associate - Vcc interview questions

E-mail with link to on-line test. Very easy competency test, which I passed and was invited for a phone interview. Phone interview was fine but the line was bad and it was hard to hear the interviewer at times. She asked a lot of competency based questions and looked for examples of certain senarios such as conflict with a colleague/ customer.
