Two phone screens followed by a loop of four individuals plus a bar raiser. Questions are based on leadership principles and are looking for examples from work history. STAR format is encouraged and your answers should be clear about what you did, what the problem was, what your results were and what you learned.
You will have one interview with HR who will then also help you prepare for your additional interviews. You will have a phone screen with the hiring manager and then a formal "loop" with ~5 people. One will be the bar raiser and while all 5 people do not need to be inclined to hire you the bar raiser can block a hire if they are not inclined.

Question 1
All questions will be either a case study or based on their leadership principals.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Singapore) in July 2019
Interview
Follow Amazon standard process. Have phone interview with HR, one round with peer and last with direct manager. Pretty complex compared to most of the companies. It's a fun experience even if I didn't get an offer. It's honor that their HR approached me for a trial.
