I went through 3 separate phone screens, one with the recruiter then one with a hiring manager, then one with a peer. I was then flown to Seattle where I had 8 interviews over an 8 hour day. The interviewers seemed to be working from a master list of questions that they divided up. So most of the time was taken with a heavy behavioral group of questions. Everything from "tell me about a time where you disagreed with your manager, but had to execute anyway." to "tell me about your worst hiring decision.
Each took what appeared to be detailed notes, except the most senior person I met with and the person who took me to lunch, who would have been a direct report.
Also, before I went, I had to do an essay. I didn't love either of the two questions I was given.
