1st interview with the Talent Acquistion General questions about your background and if you're willing to relocate...etc. And described the next steps if they're moving forward with my application. 2nd interview with the Hiring Manager

Interview passes just to fill out daily HR quota didn't even listen to me reading script and looking around the office. Questions had no follow up, no logic and basically just asked about their STAR method but didn’t even make eye contact. And they called me for the interview i did not even apply.
