Interview
A panel interview process that involves back to back interviews with different stakeholders from around the business that is very draining.
Based around their principles of leadership, every question is deliberately worded for you to showcase how your work history aligns with each of the principles... Perfectly reasonable on paper, except the questions can be obscure and unclear which principle they are related to which can lead to giving an incorrect example.
It comes across of more of a test of whether you have completely memorised all 18 principles and not so much related to whether you are the appropriate candidate for the job.

Applied online and received an email for a phone screen with the hiring manager. Amazon sent a bunch of information about the interview to study on. The interview focused on Amazon's leadership principles.
