Amazon Software Engineer IV interview questions

Interview was done on Amazon premises. The HR person told me after the interview that I was short listed for next round. One month later I received an email that I have been rejected. Production monitoring and scripting. When I checked back with HR they said the interviewer came back from vacation and reviewed his noted. He had not updated his feedback in the "tool" and was of the opinion that I was not suitable for the role.
