I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Colômbia) in May 2023
Interview
The role was based in Colombia but it was to lead a team that worked mainly with the Brazil market, so Portuguese and English were required. There was a phone screen interview to evaluate Portuguese and English fluency. The next step included four interviews, each one with a different Operations Manager (one level higher than the position I was applying for). Each of the interviews was focused on one of Amazon's Leadership Principles and included 2-3 behavioral questions, that I was expected to answer in STAR format. HR sent a guideline before the interviews to help prepare.
