Amazon Technical Recruiter interview questions

The interview process included a recruiter screening, then a Hiring Manager screening. I was then moved to a loop process where I went through 5 one-hour interviews with potential colleagues, an internal stakeholder and a bar raiser. It was challenging. I prepared for about 20 hours but I passed and I've been with Prime for going on 4 years. The interview process was a very positive experience. All of the interviewers were very kind and respectful.

Straight to the point. Interviewer has been with Amazon for quite sometime. It baffles me how some Recruiters get jobs at these companies. As a recruiter I could tell right off the bat the interview would end poorly based off the Recruiters tone when he joined.
