There are four rounds. The first round consisted of a translation test, which wasn't too difficult, but tight on time. The second is a first interview. Mine was one-on-one with the head of the section to which I was applying. I would advise preparing for the questions. They ask for specific scenarios in which you've provided excellent customer service skills, etc. so it's a good idea to prepare in advance. Following that was another test, focusing on post-editing and editing, if I remember correctly. I didn't make it to the next round, but this is a panel interview with four people!
