I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Express
Interview
Recruiter screening call, which did not provide much overview of the position or responsibilities, when asked about recruitment process they said the manager would contact directly if I was a fit. Second interview was with hiring manager, which asked alot of scenario based questions, followed by a peer interview to talk through the day to day and likely gauge culture fit. All was going well and feedback confirmed so. The first 3 interviews went fairly quickly, then dead silence for about a month with no clear next steps even with continuous follow up on my end. Unfortunately, a generic rejection email was sent and no additional feedback or outreach was given. Not the best recruitment experience from a company like American Express.
The recruiter sent me an email scheduled the phone interview and never called. I followed up but never heard from her. Very poor and disappointing from a company like Amex
