    Pros

    Highly flexible if you are meeting your targets. As a BDE you are entrusted to manage your own portfolio so a high level of independence. Senior leadership is very accessible and down to earth to ensure you feel supported.

    Cons

    Fixed targets which are not always easy to hit, a lot of different tasks in role which require good time management.

    - Good Pay - Nice Perks - Initial Training done well - Good interaction with reps of the products used

    Cons

    - Team Leaders do not take your feedback (very my way or the highway) - If you speak about a problem, threats to dob you into HR - Head Management very petty, didn't show up to my leaving (5min goodbye speech), but went to another employees one held the same day/same role - Long Hours if held back
