There were 4 rounds . I found the 2nd one bit grilling. May be it was to check how patient you are. The last round was with the director , which was pretty straight and to the point.

A Team Manager had met me. Greeted me and asked how did i reach the location did i face any problem in finding the location. Then he asked me about my previous work details and my family details where i reside. and then started on asking questions related to credit cards

Interview
It was fairly easy although the process was fairly long. There were about 5 rounds of one to one interviews with people of various levels of seniority. They mainly tested your communication skills and ability to talk your way through a difficult situation. They also asked questions on your prior work experience.
