360 interview with recruiter, hiring Director, Regional Vice President and colleague in current role. Interview involves role play to ensure ability to demonstrate "solution selling skills". Background check (criminal history) and credit check (common process for banks) along with submission of previous W2's for proof of proven sales track record.

Interview
had a really positive interview experience with American Express for the Business Development Associate role. The interviewers were professional, engaging, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The questions were thoughtful and gave me a chance to truly express my strengths and passion for the role. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, which I really appreciated.

Panel interview. Mock roleplays and questions about previous employment. The panel interview felt like a speed dating scene from a movie. Lot's of questions about previous experience which is the norm
