I thought the process was conducted very well. There was an initial phone screen by the the third party company American Express uses. They were pretty professional and very helpful.
From there, I was moved to the next round where I interviewed with a Senior Manager. That went really well. She asked about the industry, so it is good to do your research.
I was moved to the next round where I had to do a presentation to the hiring manager along with the Senior Manager I had already met with. I thought I did pretty well.
I made it to the last round and they went with a candidate that had more industry experience than I did. I understand their decision, but I still would like to work for AMEX. Very good company and I was impressed with the hiring process.
