Interview
Phone screen with contracted recruiter. Behavioral interview (phone) with hiring manager. Basic Q&A phone call with VP.
The interview questions are highly dependent on the hiring manager. If they are experienced, anything could be asked. If they are working with the recruiting team, then they are working from a menu of questions that are standard behavioral questions.
