Applied online and received an e-mail to set-up an interview. Interview took place after one week and with the HR we were interviewing for approx. an hour and a half. All went very well and let me know the next interview will be within the same week. Weeks went by with absolutely no up-date and I had sent an e-mail for an up-date to know the situation for which NO response was given, It was totally unprofessional from the HR of AMEX for a senior position. Absolutely no work ethics or respect for canidates. At the same time, the job had been posted for 6 months after that.
