Question 1
Interview was two rounds. Both HR, they didnt look at the cv just asked me to introduce myself and gave me a puzzle (9 ball which was weighs different) asked me how i did in the written exam and asked me if i had plans for further studies or not. Other general and predictable questions.
Next round they called final 3 people and gave us a case and asked us to discuss and we were not allowed to repeat a point. They asked us to give a reason to why or why not join american express.
Okay experience
The HR recruiter was amazing. However the interview felt like a police interrogation. I would encourage Amex to train more his interviewers. It should be an exchange not interrogation
